About the event
When disaster strikes, Church leaders throughout the Midwest step in to respond to the needy, counsel the hurting, activate the flock, and try to be the hands and feet of Christ. Yet many good intentioned Christian leaders compound the tragedy because they are poorly trained in disaster response.
Please come and join fellow Leaders in Faith throughout Nebraska on July 30 and 31 for a free two day forum entitled Acts of God 2019. We will discuss topics such as Counselling in Disaster, Understanding the Incident Command Structure, Recognizing the Needs of the Victims, and Constructing a Proper Disaster Response. Basically, how to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a disaster.
